News oltreoceano: "Some Vanguard cards saw big price increases this week, lead by Xantcha which doubled up to $50 and Gix which nearly doubled up to $108. If you aren't familiar with Vanguard, it was an alternate game mode from the late 90's featuring oversized Vanguard cards (which is where the infamous Momir Vig format came from). Today these cards are super hard to find, leading to some crazy prices for non-tournament-legal cards with Titania over $150, nine more Vanguards over $20, and another twelve over $10. If you ever run into these weird, oversized cards in the wild, don't just write them off as novelties: they are actually extremely valuable."
