È una mia impressione o quest'anno sono davvero fatti bene i mazzi? Cioè finora quelli usciti sono sinergici, le carte nuove innovative e le ristampe azzeccate... quasi quasi quest'anno me ne prendo uno/due

Sembrano molto belli come mazzi. Io sto pensando di prendere quello Jeskay perché i nuovi comandanti mi piacciono molto e ci sono alcune carte che mi servono per Kess, che sto montando adesso. Ovviamente ci sono sempre alcune carte molto a caso come Storm Herd (qualsiasi altra chiusura a costo alto sarebbe stata meglio secondo me) o Dusk (quando uno dei quattro mazzi si basa tutto su dei 2/2 )

Buon set quest'anno, ma si poteva fare di meglio

I commander sono leggermente scarsi dal punto di vista del power level, ma preferisco questo a cancri come Derevi o Edgar Markov. Anche i commander più scarsini sono comunque decenti e hanno possibilità di build interessanti.

I temi scelti erano ambiziosi e secondo me non sono stati sviluppati al meglio

Le carte nuove sono un po' meh, pià che altro quelle per morph e madness. Strategie molto subottimali in EDH e che anche dopo quest'edizione credo faranno fatica a chiudere.
Mazzi come Kadena o Sevinne come dovrebbero chiudere? Perchè non hanno stampato un bel muccone come si deve con morph? O un bello sparo power con Sevinne?

Le liste in sè sono abbastanza mediocri anche quelle, tanta, troppa nuova recente (sopratutto nel morph, tante vecchie gemme meritavano la ristampa) e nessun reprint davvero degno di nota dal punto dei soldi.

In generale penso che gli aspetti positivi superino quelli negativi e mi piace la direzione che ha preso l'edizione di quest'anno (commander meno sgravi e onnipresenti, ma più di nicchia e interessanti da buildare), anche se ci si poteva impegnare un po' di più
